The effects of loading rate, fiber sizing, test temperature and global strain level on the adhesion strength between carbon fibers and a thermosetting epoxy (Epon 815) are studied using the single fiber fragmentation test procedure. Analytical methodology describing the viscoelastic behavior observed is also presented. The possibility of rate-temperature-interphase thickness superposition for the interfacial strength function is illustrated based on the analytical models discussed. Experimental data are discussed using Weibull statistics and also presented in the form of percent relative frequency histograms for the fiber fragments in a collective fashion. The use of histograms allows for interpretation of the skewness in the data population.  相似文献

宽厚板厚度控制的目的是轧制出板形良好、板凸度小、同板差和异板差尽可能小的产品.莱钢宽厚板生产线自投人生产以来,在板凸度、厚度的均匀性、同板差和异板差等宽厚板厚度控制的瓶颈问题上都难以达到要求.为了实现对轧制厚度的要求,我们在现有的厚度控制模型的基础上,深入理解其控制功能、补偿功能的作用,找到引起厚度难以控制的主要因素,采取轧辊刚度补偿、轧辊偏心补偿、支撑辊油膜厚度补偿、工作辊热膨胀补偿及冲击力补偿等措施来优化厚度控制模型.自优化相应厚度参数和增加相关补偿控制功能以来,宽厚板厚度控制的精度得到很大的提高,具有很高的推广价值.  相似文献

运用弹塑性有限元法研究了胶层厚度对承受拉伸载荷的对接接头胶层内应力分布的影响.三维有限元法数值分析的结果表明,随胶层厚度减小,胶层中正应力SZ与剪应力SYZ的分布趋于均匀;而对正应力SY而言,胶层厚度为0.15mm时,其边缘峰值应力最低。  相似文献

In order to evaluate and integrate travel time reliability and capacity reliability of a road network subjected to ice and snowfall conditions, the conceptions of travel time reliability and capacity reliability were defined under special conditions. The link travel time model (ice and snowfall based-bureau public road, ISB-BPR) and the path choice decision model (elastic demand user equilibrium, EDUE) were proposed. The integrated reliability was defined and the model was set up. Monte Carlo simulation was used to calculate the model and a numerical example was provided to demonstrate the application of the model and efficiency of the solution algorithm. The results show that the intensity of ice and snowfall, the traffic demand and supply, and the requirements for level of service (LOS) have great influence on the reliability of a road network. For example, the reliability drops from 65% to 5% when the traffic demand increases by 30%. The comprehensive performance index may be used for network planning, design and maintenance.  相似文献

The corners with small radii on cross sections are crucial for forming hydroformed components with polygonal sections.In this paper,warm hydroforming experiments of AZ61A magnesium alloy tubes were carried out to study the forming regularity of round corners by using a demonstration part with square sections.Effects of temperature on radius forming,thinning ratio distribution and microstructure were revealed and a component with relative outer corner radius of 3.0 was obtained by warm hydroforming at 240℃.The minimum thickness of the formed square section was located in the transition position between the corner and the straight wall.The thinning ratio of the round corner increased with the increase of forming temperature.Formability of the magnesium tube was improved by raising temperature under the effect of dynamic recrystallization at 240℃.  相似文献

在分析现有计算公式存在不足的基础上,根据翻边变形区材料的应力应变特点,考虑了冷变形加工硬化(取幂函数硬化规律)和变形区材料厚度变化(翻边为变薄)两个因素的影响,利用金属塑性成形问题求解理论中的主应力法,推导和提出了圆孔翻边力计算的一个新公式.通过用钢板(SPCC)和铜板(T1)进行了翻边工艺试验的验证,并与经验公式和现有理论公式的计算结果进行了比较,表明新公式计算结果能接近于实际,且原理上更为科学合理.  相似文献

The key to reduce shell breakout in the continuous casting process is to control shell thickness in the mold.A numerical simulation on the turbulent flow and heat transfer coupled with solidification in the slab mold using the volume of fluid (VOF) model and the enthalpy-porosity scheme was conducted and the emphasis was put upon the flow effect on the shell thickness profiles in longitudinal and transverse directions.The results show that the jet acts a stronger impingement on the shell of narrow face,which causes a zero-increase of shell thickness in a certain range near the impingement point.The thinnest shell on the slab cross-section locates primarily in the center of the narrow face,and secondly near the comer of the wide face.Nozzle optimization can obviously increase the shell thickness and make it more uniform.  相似文献

In order to investigate the effects of freezing and thawing on the compressibility of fine-grained soils, freezing and thawing tests and subsequent compression tests with fine-grained soils in an oedometer were carried out. During the freezing, a part of the soils is loosened and another part is over-consolidated under the freezing pressure ?E. The compression curves after the freezing and thaw consolidation are neither different from the normal consolidation curve nor from the rebound curve of an unfrozen soil, until the consolidation pressure ?z = ?E is arrived. Based on the experimental results, a theoretical model has been developed to predict the frost heaves, the thaw-settlements and the compressive deformations of fine-grained soils after the thaw consolidation. 在研究北太平洋海温异常对黑龙江冰坝的影响中,从预测黑龙江上游冰坝需要出发,利用反映北太平洋海域表面温度变化的分布型指数(该指数较好地表征出海温的年际变化特征及厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜事件),以及黑龙江上游水文站的封江水位距平构建了该站的冰坝预报模型,该模型可以较好地预测出黑龙江上游冰坝,实际预测结果表明,该方法是可行的,在冰坝预报中可以发挥重要作用。  相似文献

针对飞机机翼等部位的结冰探测,提出了一种主动式红外结冰冰型分类的方法。该方法基于支持向量机,通过测量不同冰型结冰表面的红外激光反射系数,达到对结冰冰型分类的目的。初步试验结果表明,该方法能够以一定的准确性对物体结冰的冰型进行实时动态分类,为飞机结冰探测提供了一种新的技术思路。  相似文献
